We ship all orders from Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, changes cannot be made—but you may return the item for a full refund once it’s received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, within 1–3 business days of the order date. Shipping occurs the following day. Please allow extra time during holidays or sale periods. We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices on our site are tax-free in USD. You may be required to pay duties or taxes upon receiving your order, depending on your country’s import laws. These charges are not covered by us. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment. For credit/debit cards, expect a refund within 7–10 business days after we receive your return or process the cancellation. Contact your card issuer for posting times
